ExpenseOnTheGo is built by Vega LLC to help users manage receipts, expenses, reimbursements, reports, and month-end workflows. This policy explains the data handled by the app and website.

Data You Create In The App

The app may store receipt images, vendor names, amounts, dates, categories, accounts, clients, projects, reimbursement states, report settings, reminders, and related expense metadata that you enter or import.

On-Device AI

Receipt scanning and extraction are designed around on-device processing. AI assistance prepares, summarizes, and flags expense data locally where supported. Pro local model controls are intended to run compatible models on your device.

iCloud Sync

When Pro iCloud sync is enabled, app data may sync through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. CloudKit is operated by Apple and uses encryption in transit and at rest. You can manage iCloud settings through Apple system settings and the app's sync controls.

Sensitive Identifiers

Sensitive identifiers such as SSN or EIN are intended to be stored in the device Keychain rather than the main receipt database.

Website Data

This static website does not include account sign-in, tracking scripts, or payment collection. If you email support, your email address and message content are used to respond to your request.

Payments And Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are handled through Apple's App Store systems. ExpenseOnTheGo does not collect payment card details on this website.

Children's Privacy

ExpenseOnTheGo is a business expense app and is not intended for children under 13.
